Community events at The Dakota Auburn include outdoor concerts, dinners, tastings, community gardening, planned adventures, kids fun, and The Annual Dirt Road Fall Bluegrass Festival. The Dakota was built to foster belonging, creativity, playfulness, curiosity, and a connection to nature.
But most importantly, The Dakota is a place where you know you'll be treated like family.

Soak in the warmth and charm of The Dakota by celebrating at the Amphitheater, Pavilion, and Community Gardens, areas where wide-open spaces meet with miles of walking trails alongside the scenic Saugahatchee Creek. Home Builders at the Dakota use locally repurposed wood and stone materials sourced from here in Lee County to create enormous covered porches, recreation areas, and settings for celebration. One of our resident home builders, Sage Construction, has crafted the landscaping within the community areas in a way that makes planning an events easy.
